Het appartement heeft een gunstige ligging ten opzichte van het El Arenal strand met de boulevard die erbij hoort. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Het appartement is vrij nieuw en dat is heel prettig

Dit kan niet veranderd worden, maar er loopt een drukke weg voor het appartement langs wat veel verkeersgeluid met zich meebrengt, zowel dag als nacht.
