Fijn dat er meer dan genoeg stoelen en bv borden en bestek aanwezig is.

Het appartement is zeer gehorig. We hoorden de buren praten door de muren heen.
De toilet maakt erg veel herrie tijdens het doorspoelen.

De toilet maakt erg veel herrie tijdens het doorspoelen.
We kwamen aan op een Spaanse feestdag. Helaas wisten wij dit vooraf niet. De locatie waar we de sleutel mochten ophalen was de hele dag dicht en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Het was fijn geweest als dit vooraf was gemeld. Nu konden we niemand bereiken, wat voor veel onrust zorgde.

Het spijt ons echter te vernemen dat je last hebt gehad van geluidsoverlast en dat het ophalen van de sleutel op de feestdag voor ongemak heeft gezorgd. We begrijpen goed dat dit vervelend was. We nemen je opmerkingen ter harte en zullen erop letten om onze gasten in de toekomst beter te informeren over feestdagen en openingstijden.
