In order to access and use the vacation rental services offered by Webvillas through our websites, you must provide us with the personal data requested at the time of booking an accommodation, request information or subscribe to our commercial bulletin (newsletter).
For this it will be necessary to fill in those fields that we indicate as mandatory to register and access the services. Otherwise, the booking can not be formalised nor can you access and use the services offered.
In the event that during the booking process or information request personal data must be included, referring to individuals other than the one making the purchase or request, you must, prior to its inclusion, inform them of the points contained in the present clause.

The fact of not providing the data to the mentioned entities implies that the provision of the services cannot be fulfilled.

The purposes of the collection and processing of personal data are as follows:

● Personalised advertising and commercial prospecting actions that will include the sending of information and advertising, promotions, commercial offers, referral of the Newsletter (news, recommendations,  etc.), by electronic means or on paper, relating to products and/or services offered by Webvillas.

When the user purchases the products and services offered by Webvillas, taking into account the nature of the same, Webvillas, must necessarily communicate the personal data provided to third parties (the owners of the holiday homes that are commercialised on our websites, service providers, insurance companies, etc.) so that they can comply with the contract, pre-contract and/or booking made by the user and can perform the management and processing of the products or services requested by the user.
In the event that these data communications are to be made to recipients located abroad (international data transfers), the user gives their consent so that Webvillas can transfer their data to the corresponding recipients, who may be located in any country in the world, even to countries that do not offer a level of protection comparable to Spanish data protection regulations, and for the purposes set out in the previous paragraph.
